Tiritiri Matangi Trip

In Week 8, three of our classes (Korimako, Kakapo and Kiwi) were fortunate to take a trip to the Tiritiri Matangi Wildlife Sanctuary in the Hauraki Gulf. After an epic journey by foot, train and boat the children were fortunate enough to see an abundance of native flora and fauna.

A massive thank you to all the whānau who came along to help, these trips really can not happen without your support. 🌺

Below is a message we received from a member of the public about Fruitvale students;

"My husband is a long-time guide on Tiritiri Island, on Thursday he came home and told me he had never seen such well-behaved children on a         school trip. We thought you would like to know your school's hard work is noticed"
