Senior Speech Finalists
On Friday our Year 5 & 6 took to the stage in front of their peers to take on the (sometimes) daunting task of public speaking, for many this was a nerve wracking time, but with resiliance, determination and encouragement from class mates we heard some excellent speeches. It was a tough decision for the judges Mr McLean and Mr Singh, but after much deliberation the finalists were announced.
Teariki and Jessie will now progress to the local finals held at Oratia school this week.
Well done to all the children that participated in this years speeches, and an extra congratulations to our finalists
