In response to the current measles outbreak, we would like to ensure the records of every student are as accurate as possible. To do this we are requesting that if your child is immunised you provide a copy of their immunisation records. Most of you will have your child's Plunket WellChild book, please either scan or bring the book in to be copied. If your child was born overseas, that immunisation document is also acceptable.
