Hi! Welcome to the PTA (Parent Teachers Association).

The PTA is one of the strong links to the lifeblood of the school. The PTA works to ensure the many and varied tasks associated with running a community as complex as a school are dealt with. This body of Parents and Teachers work to support the school by staffing and funding a multitude of events on a day to day and special or annual and bi-annual basis. Fruitvale School has been very fortunate to have the people we currently have serving the needs of this diverse community. In the past they have planned and run: the Tuckshop, Student breakfasts, discoes, dances, Special celebrations, Book fairs, The School Fair(FunFest), BarBQ's and Sausage Sizzles Galore, Ethnic Food Nights, Conference venues.

They are always welcoming of new members and meet on a regular basis to support each other and the school over the year. You can contact the PTA Chairperson here.
